What should I wear to a yoga class?

We recommend wearing comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows for movement and breath.

Do I need to bring my own mat?

You are welcome to bring your own mat, or we have mats available for use at the studio.

Are there classes for beginners?

Yes, we offer classes suitable for beginners, as well as options for more experienced practitioners.
